The South London Genomic Medicine Centre has been established to help deliver the 100,000 Genome Project to patients and families with cancer or rare diseases who are currently being cared for by the NHS in South London and parts of Kent, Surrey & Sussex.



Application process to re-open for funded Master’s places

The application process is to restart for all funded Master’s, CPPD, PG Diploma and PG Certificate places for courses starting in early 2017

The South London Genomics Medicine Centre: One year on

The South London Genomic Medicine Centre (SLGMC) is part of a world leading programme developing the use of genomics to benefit UK patients. Crucially this programme will help to make genomic medicine part of the mainstream in the NHS, improving our ability to more precisely diagnose rare inherited disease and personalise treatment especially for cancer patients.
